So I've recently had a conversion experience. It came completely unprompted and out of the blue. I'm not really trying to start a conversation about it, just wanted to share in the one place it feels ok to do so. I never would have guessed that faith is something that you can tangibly feel upon you. I couldn't conceive of it. I feel undeserving of this. I'm a little afraid that I'm going to wake up one day and it'll just be gone. That's about all.

I recently took a relatively intense interest in Quakerism. Of course the contemporary thought is riddled with hand-wringing about whiteness and stolen land and gay acceptance and just matching one-to-one modern leftist orthodoxy. So I guess that's what 300 years of "inward light" gets you.
